Blog Candy Winner

I'm sad to say that I didn't reach my birthday goal of 100 followers AND 1,200 blog visits.  However, I did have over 1,200 visits so I am going to give away a birthday-themed stamp set to one lucky winner.  I had four comments on my blog candy post and went to random.org to choose the winner.  The winning comment was comment 4:
